Installation done right, the first time

We install all types of water-based fire sprinkler systems across every kind of building — industrial, healthcare, residential, retail, and everything in between. New construction, retrofits, remodels — we handle it all, permitted and NFPA 13 compliant.

We work with general contractors, developers, property owners, and building managers. We show up on schedule, coordinate with other trades, and don't leave a job half-done.

Every installation is designed and installed per NFPA 13, fully permitted, and inspected before we hand it over. You get a working, code-compliant system and the documentation to prove it.

System types we install

The right system depends on your building type, use, and environment. We'll help you choose.

Wet Pipe Systems

The most common type. Pipes are filled with pressurized water at all times. When a sprinkler activates, water discharges immediately. Best for heated buildings.

Dry Pipe Systems

Pipes are filled with pressurized air or nitrogen instead of water. Water enters the pipes only when a sprinkler activates. Designed for unheated areas like parking garages or attics.

Pre-Action Systems

Similar to dry pipe, but require two events before water discharges. Common in data centers, museums, and buildings where accidental discharge would cause major damage.

Deluge Systems

All sprinklers are open at all times. Water is released across the entire system simultaneously when triggered. Used in high-hazard areas like aircraft hangars and chemical storage.

Antifreeze Systems

Wet pipe systems that use an antifreeze solution to prevent freezing in pipes exposed to cold temperatures. Common in unheated portions of buildings.
